Initial Injury Assessment

The Initial assessment looks at how and why your injury started or occurred, followed by treating any sort of pain, restriction or discomfort via sports massage or dry cupping. I take a fundamental look at injuries through biomechanics and everyday life, to therefore provide a detailed rehabilitation plan. I'll ensure zero fluff throughout the session and I'll educate and justify what and why we are doing everything and how the plan will progress.
Sports Massage
30 or 60mins
Enjoy the 'good pain' of a sports massage to target any problem areas that are troubling you!
Injury Follow-Up Session
1hr
The follow-up session will involve treatment if needed, check if the rehabilitation plan is on track. Adjust the plan where needed as well as looking and other activity levels i.e. returning to sports, work, day-to-day task.

Biomechanics Assessment & Plan
1hr
A session dedicated to assessing your current biomechanics, looking at you mobility and movement levels. Learning you goals and how we can achieve them. Together we will put together a plan and ensure you understand what/why we are doing what we've got planned!
Rehab Training
45mins
Run through your rehab plan to ensure that your following and doing the exercises correctly. Progress where needed and more importantly gain confidence in yourself to push your injury towards recovery!

We'll talk about your goals and how certain mobility, strength or plyometric training can help you reach your potential! You can almost call it S&C training...but better!
